Your actionable spend
I want you to go back to the total fitness spend you calculated on Monday, and minus any ‘maybe if’ purchases from that number.
To give you an idea of what should be left in there, think along the lines of personal training, boot camps, dietitian or nutritionist consultations, etc. Anything where you paid to do something that would directly enhance your goals.
This is where the numbers start to get interesting.
Where most people spent $1500 - $3000 on the general category of fitness, I am going to guess* that this number drops quite a bit when the Maybe If purchases are removed.
*(I have only been thinking about this recently, so I don’t have any data from clients).
What’s the number? I’d love to know!
