More carbs or fat?

Q: Using the macro calculator - will low carb or high carb work best for quick fat loss? Is low carb is best for fat loss?
If you are using the calculator, there should be no difference if you stuck to either program.
‘Stuck to’, or adherence, is the key to making that decision.
If you are currently eating a carb-based diet, then I would recommend the higher carbohydrate approach, as that will allow you to keep your current diet as similar as possible, with a few changes to accommodate your new macro guidelines.
Likewise, if your current diet is low-carb, try the other option.
Neither is superior for body composition, but one might be better than the other for your adherence.
