Own the weekend
The weekend is a hotbed of nutritional temptations, with brunches and social drinks, alongside well-stacked cupboards when you’re home.
Most people do pretty well throughout the week, even creating an energy deficit, but then slightly over-indulge on Saturday and Sunday.
But not you, not this weekend!
Instead, you are going to own the weekend.
Here’s what I want you to do, both days:
- Lose your breath (from exercise, not Listerine)
- Track your food intake (Tracking Challenge, Easy Diet Dairy, My Fitness Pal).
It’s the perfect time! Well, I always say that, but this time does fit well.
Australia Day is next weekend, so you’ve got that to look forward to.
It’s not cold.
And there are two simple steps to follow, both of which that can be achieved in less than 30 mins each day.
It sounds like a good deal.
