How to lose 6kg in 8 weeks

Good morning.

If you didn’t get back to me last week regarding setting an eight-week goal, that’s OK. 

It’s never too late to get started, so let's hear them!

    • I am tracking a suite of metrics every day, for the next four weeks. It will be interesting to see the changes as the program progresses.

    • If you have tracked your food intake and established energy balance - where weight is steady - this is a useful resource to help work out where to start your diet.
