What's your goal?
There are 13 weeks until Christmas, which is equal parts scary and exciting.
The scary part is there are still 13 weeks until I start thinking about buying presents, but the exciting part is that it’s the perfect time for a 12 week training block leading into the festive season.
It’s the perfect time of year to be spending some time outside walking, running or riding, and it’s much easier to get out of bed to make those early morning gym sessions.
This time, I want you to focus on what training goal you want to achieve over the next 12 weeks before Christmas.
Instead of setting a certain weight lifted or time to complete an exercise, think about a training habit that you would like to implement over that timeframe.
My goal is to swim three times per week in the creek and make a return to salmon training, now that it’s an acceptable temperature to do so.
