Initial Training Program 


The Initial Training Program is a base-level program we tailor to new clients at Integrated Fitness & Nutrition.

As of 2019, we have opened up access of this program to non-clients to help them gain an understanding of what a program might look like.

The ITP features three resistance training sessions alongside one or two cardio sessions, which is a common training strategy we use with clients.

The training sessions include a blend of pushing and

  • Access to training app to view sessions, record sets and reps and watch video demonstrations of workouts.

  • Nutrition guide

The ITP can be used in conjunction with the Tracking Challenge to provide our coaches with an understanding of your current training regime.
