The client induction process has four steps, as outlined below. The process typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly the tracking is completed and consultation availability.

There are a few things to consider to ensure you will be able to get results from our coaching:

 

- be ready to implement. We will explain every change to you, and we always make progressive changes that are suitable and manageable. However, you must be willing to implement, or we are both wasting time and your money. 

- honesty is the key. We are on the same team, so we need to be honest with each other. If you deviate from your meal plan or miss training sessions, we can accomodate and alter your strategy as needed. Accurate information is what we need!

- challenge yourself. We don't set goals that you 'can't fail' - that's an injustice to your investment and our skill set. Little wins are an important part of your progress, but they should be part of a result you still talk about in ten years time. 

The aim of the client induction process is to make sure both parties are a good fit for each other. There is no charge or obligation, and you can leave at any time during this process.


1. Complete The Tracking Challenge

This seven-day exercise, nutrition, fluid, and sleep tracking challenge provides the important data we need to suitably personalise any recommendations and programs to your individual needs.

2. Strategy Consultation 

If you submit your completed Tracking Challenge we will arrange a strategy consultation. During this consultation, we will outline a strategy we could implement to help you achieve your body recomposition goals, based on the information provided in your tracking challenge.

You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about our services, coaching methods, or anything else you would like to know. 

Please note: 1:1 & 1:2 personal training spaces are limited and usually have a waiting list. We will provide an estimated start date during your strategy consultation. 


3. Select A Service

Now it's up to you!

Provided we are the right Coaches for your goals, we will provide you with all client induction documents and arrange your starting date. 


4. Start Training

Now that we have your tracking data, understand your lifestyle and goals, we can develop personalised training and nutrition programs for you to action, to be supported by our ongoing coaching.

This is where the progression becomes motivation!
