Our online training and nutrition coaching is for people who want the benefits of expert coaching, but don't need a personal trainer. 

You work directly with Tom Fitzgerald and we implement the Body Recomposition Program.

This service is ideally suited for people who already have a gym membership and want to get more out of it.

 

TRAINING

Personalised training programs delivered and tracked via our mobile application. Your training session and previous workouts are all there, alongside video demonstrations of exercises.

 

NUTRITION

Your nutrition strategy is based on your current needs.

Coaching can include focuses for the week, specific meal plans, and other nutrition strategies.

The goal is to progressively implement a nutrition program that suits your goals, experience, and lifestyle.

 

SUPPORT

All programs with scheduled video consultations and email check-ins, to make sure the program is on track and you understand the reasoning for any changes.

Our personal training program includes supervised training sessions in the gym, alongside remote nutrition coaching.

You have two coaches working towards your body recomposition goals both in the gym and outside of it!

You receive expert coaching from Najwa inside the gym, alongside personalised training recommendation and sessions for any extra work.

 

NUTRITION

Tom is your nutrition coach, working remotely to optimise your nutrition as part of the Body Recomposition Program.

 

SUPPORT

Personal training has the double-accountability of supervised training sessions, where you are able to push a little bit harder.

You still receive nutrition accountability, to keep you on track!
