TRAIN WITH TOM
GROUP TRAINING & NUTRITION COACHING
If you want a training program and the accountability of working with a group then Train With Tom is for you.
Each month you will receive a new training program that is exactly what Tom is doing as well.
Tom Fitzgerald is your captain-coach, developing the training plan and then putting it into play alongside you. But unlike most of the captain-coaches running around in bush footy, he is trying to keep his weight down.
You will receive the same training program Tom is doing himself and you can share the pain, or journey, with him and other members. If 1:1 Coaching is not the right option for you right now, this is the perfect opportunity to join the team and train with Tom!
The training program is hosted on our training app that allows you to view and track workouts, watch exercise demonstrations and monitor your training and body composition progress.
Each new training program comes with a PDF guide containing an overview of the phase, outlines every workout and provides any other information that you might find useful over the next month. This also contains nutrition advice with reference to The Rules of Recomposition to help achieve your body recomposition goals.
THE RULES OF RECOMPOSITION
You will receive a copy of The Rules of Recomposition by Tom Fitzgerald. This book contains all of the nutrition strategies and knowledge you need to know to manage your own body composition.
Knowing the basics of body composition will ensure you understand the different strategies we use for performance and body composition goals. This is an important objective for us, as we want to make sure you can maintain your body composition for the long term.
BE PART OF A TEAM
Talk with Tom and other members of the team through our training app. You can ask questions about the program, share your progress and make requests for the next phase of training.
After releasing every new training program, Tom hosts an exclusive webinar to cover your questions and make sure everyone know what they are doing during the next phase of the program.
You can get started at any time, simply follow the steps below to get going. The training focus changes every three months, so if you join during a phase you will receive the current program.
The next four new phase start dates are:
5th August 2019 (running distance & strength gain)
4th November 2019 (body composition & strength gain)
3rd February 2020 (strength & running)
4th May 2020 (running & strength)
