Where to Find Tom’s Latest Writing

The Integrated Fitness & Nutrition website was upgraded in late 2021. The original website was built by Tom in 2014 and continued to evolve using his limited knowledge of web design. This time, we got an expert to build the site, which is why it looks 100x better!

The old website had over 600 articles about fitness, nutrition and body recomposition that Tom had written. There were long-form articles that have been viewed thousands of times and featured in magazines alongside shorter tips and tricks.

After reviewing the content, we found there was some duplication of topics and some content was out of date. We decided to start out fresh and only bring across five articles from the old site.

But Tom’s still creating plenty of new content, it’s just being shared in different places.

Medium

Tom writes 2-3 articles per week on Medium and has been a contributor since 2019. He was a Medium Featured Writer in the Health Category, before taking a break from writing later in the year. Now, he’s back posting content for you to read.

The great thing about Medium is the community engagement. You can discuss the article with Tom and other readers in the comments below, which adds to the experience.
